The fondant cupcakes have a gorgeous moist vanilla sponge base which is then topped with vanilla buttercream icing and covered with fondant icing. This gives a base for the exquisite intricately hand piped and embossed decoration. These cupcakes can be sent with an overnight delivery service to all of mainland UK.

You can order bespoke cakes and cupcakes for your wedding or celebration. We can make most styles and designs, but please contact us to discuss your ideas.

• How do I place an order?
  Order from the online shop, or send us an email to info@peggyscupcakes.co.uk stating what you would like, quantity, and when and where they are to be delivered. Alternatively you can give us a call on 07957 571797
• What payment methods do you accept?
  You can pay by Paypal through the shop. We also accept credit  card payments by Paypal online or over the telephone. You can also pay by regular bank transfer if you prefer, or by sending a cheque if there is enough time.
• Refunds
• If there is a problem with your cakes, you must let us know within 2 days of receiving your order and we will either issue a refund or try to resolve the issue.
• What if I need to cancel a booked class
• Once booked, classes are non refundable. However if you can let us know at least 2 weeks before the class date we can try to offer you an alternative date.
  
• Privacy
• We don't keep any of your credit card details on file at all and will not share any of your information with third parties.
  
• What sizes and prices are your cakes?
• Large Buttercream cup cakes are around 8cm x8cm.  £3.00 each. Minimum order of 12
• Mini Buttercream cup cakes are around 5cm x5cm.     £1.50 each. Minimum order of 20
• Fondant covered cupcakes are around 8cm x8cm.      £7.50 - £8.00 each. Minimum order of 6
• Edible photos on each cupcake                                      £0.50p each
• What is the cost for bespoke sugar flowers and decorations? This depends on the complexity of the flower/decoration and how long they take to make. Please enquire for prices.
• What is the cost for the stand or to hire it out and how long can I keep the stand for? £35.00 hire for a 7 tier perspex stand, with a £100.00 deposit (refunded when the stand is returned within 1 week in the same condition as it was when delivered)
• How much notice do you require if we were to order with you? It depends on the date you want the cakes for, and the sort of decoration you want on them, usually at least 1 week, but we can sometimes do a rush order.
• What is the cost for collection? No cost for collection from SE23 or at one of our markets.
• How much deposit do you require when ordering a wedding cake or above 48 cupcakes. We charge a deposit of 50% of the total cost in order to reserve the date, with the balance payable 1 month before delivery.
• Do you deliver anywhere and is there any extra cost to particular locations?
• Buttercream Cupcakes are too fragile to post, and need to be hand delivered the same day,  so anywhere outside the London area becomes very expensive for delivery. We can deliver to most London addresses, please provide a date for delivery and a postcode for an accurate delivery quote.
• As a general rule, same day delivery on Tuesdays - Fridays to London addresses costs £25.00.
• Fondant covered cupcakes can be sent to all of mainland UK with a next day delivery service. (Monday – Friday deliveries only) at a cost of £15.00 for a gift box of 6 fondant covered cupcakes.
• Can I make an appointment to taste your cakes and discuss my order. For orders over 100 cupcakes, you are very welcome to make an appointment to discuss your order and taste some cakes.
  
• What ingredients do you use? We use the best quality organic and fairtrade ingredients whereverer possible.
• Cupcakes contain all or some of the following ingredients: Wheat Flour, FairTrade Caster Sugar, Icing Sugar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Baking Powder, Free Range Eggs, Madagascan Vanilla Extract, Fresh Lemon Juice, Coca powder, Chocolate, Organic Milk, Organic Butter, Margerine, Salt, Food Colouring, Sugar Fondant.Decorations are made using mostly natural and some artificial food colourings. These cupcakes are baked in an environment where nuts are used in cooking and therefore are not recommended for those with nut allergies.
