Thank you so much for the wonderful class yesterday! I'm so pleased with how my cupcakes turned out and am now scouring the internet for nozzles and piping bags!! Lovely day! :)
What a great class! Thanks so much Rosalind!
Thanks again for a fantastic and very inspiring day on Sunday - you were right about not wanting to let the kids anywhere near my creations! X
Rosalind, thank you so much for the excellent Fondant Cupcake Course. It was a highly enjoyable day and I cant wait to start honing my skills at home. Will send photos of my creations (If I dont eat them all first) will say hi next time Im at the Partridge Market. Louise
Thank you so much for that wonderful class. I post the pics in my FB and i got load of orders already back home. lol:) Thank so much! That was fun!
I've been to many cupcake lessons and Peggy's is by far the best ever!!! She gives lots of great tips and the class is very relaxing as well as informative - only if there were more classes for me to go to!!!
I would just like to say that you make the best cupcakes ever. My friend took me to Venn Street in Clapham and your chocolate cupcake is perfection!!!! I live in NYC and I will not step foot in Crumbs or Magnolia again. I am looking forward to my next London visit.
Thank you!!
Greetings from Germany! I hope you are well. First I would like to thank you again for your fondant class in January. It was great fun and I enjoyed it very much. Back in Germany my family did not believe that I made these cupcakes by my own. Ok, with your help. :-)
THANK YOU for a wonderful wedding cupcake class, I had a ball and as always learned so much from you. Looking forward to the next one! ax
Thank you so much for such a great class yesterday. I really, really enjoyed myself and was surprised at how good the results were. The fail-safe cupcake recipe you provided, with tips on variations in itself was worth coming to see you! Once I have got a little more practice with these ones, I will certainly be booking another class.
Thanks again for a really great day. Quite often these things can be a bit awkward, but you did a great job at making us all feel at home. Next stop Ebay for a Kenwood!
I never had a chance earlier to say thank you for your time on Wednesday for the day course. Thank you for welcoming me into your house and showing me how to decorate cupcakes. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and felt I learnt a lot...although now it will take me a long time to perfect the art of decorating the perfect cupcake!! Thanks again. PS...they tasted wonderful by the way...your work is excellent, inside and outside the cupcake!
HI Rosalind Thank you so much for the lovely cakes, they were fantastic and everyone stuffed themselves with them!
Thanks Rosalind, I learned more from my one day with you than I have in all the other courses I've ever done. My sister is getting married in December and we are going out for the wedding and I've said I'll do the cake, depending on time constraints and what she wants and I think your course will be really useful. I've attached a pic of a cake I did for my neighbour in June, not my taste in colours etc, but what she wanted and I have to say for a first attempt, I was pretty pleased with the end result.
Hi Rosalind, Just wanted to say thank you for last Wednesday, I had a lovely day and came away with some lovely cakes. My children, family and friends were delighted and very impressed! Hopefully see you again at another class.
Dear Rosalind, Thank you for your email, it was very helpful. Your offer to come and to come and try some of your cupcakes at your kitchen was much appreciated, but we have already sampled your cupcakes at the Sloane Square market and they were absolutley delicious!
Just a quick email to say a BIG thank you for the class yesterday! The cupcakes tasted fabulous and I had a great day too, all I need to do now is practice! I would love to learn decoration and icing techniques further, if you ever hold a class for this would you please let me know. Once again, thank you for a great day!
Dear Rosalind, Thank you for the brilliant course on Sunday !!! I went to Jane Asher shop on Monday and spent far too much on lots of goodies . Have located my beater for the Kenwood and promise not to whisk anything again. Large folding spoon has also been acquired and royal icing will be tackled and coloured later today. I am now drying out my 6 surviving cakes so that I can display them in the dining room. I am sure that if my subsequent ones turn out as good I will be shortly be in demand to make lots of goodies for my friends.
Big hugs and I hope we can stay in touch. Once again totally brilliant day even though I wasn't 100% so that's a sure sign what a brill teacher and day it was !!
Just a quick note to thankyou for a very enjoyable cupcake class. Both Olivia and I feel very inspired and will not doubt spend many happy hours baking (and eating!!).
My husband and I had a cupcake each at the Brunswick Centre yesterday and I have to say, I was so impressed. My mother is an excellent baker but these cupcakes were the best I have ever tasted and I will be holding onto your flyer for sometime to come so that I may order packs of 6, etc in the future as gifts and for parties. The balance of icing to sponge/texture of the sponge itself/beautiful presentation was just fantastic."
