2 day Wedding Cake Course

 During this course you will learn how to immaculately cover, stack and decorate a 2 tier wedding cake. During your decoration lesson you will learn how to make a wide range of decorations including exquisite sugar roses, peonies, filler flowers, and a wired floral arrangement. At the end of your course you will have mastered the art of creating the perfect wedding cake.

I day Exquisite Sugar Flowers Class

A one day class for those who just want to learn how to make lifelike delicate sugar flowers including exquisite sugar roses, peonies, filler flowers, and a wired floral arrangement.
